Contract creation and electronic contracting:
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

  • You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
  • We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Natural Products Factory Ltd or KAMIRA Cosmetics.
  • As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
  • Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order:
    • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
    • Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
    • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you have placed.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or phone number you have provided when placing the order.
In the event that an order appears to be fraudulent, we reserve the right to verify your contact information and may ask for additional information such as, but not limited to, ID and/or passport copy.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.


While trying to ensure that all prices on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will try to inform you immediately and give you the option of cancelling your order, or reconfirming it at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If the order is cancelled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
You will be notified of any delivery charges before you give your credit card details.
For international orders (outside the UAE), all import duties and taxes for the goods entering your country are your responsibility to pay, so please find out the applicable rates of your country before ordering.


Payment can be through PayTabs. The card details will be encrypted to give you maximum protection while shopping with us.

For UAE orders, you can expect to receive your products within 2-5 working days after you have placed your order.

Orders placed after 2 PM (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) will be processed on next working day. If there are any delays, we will email you to let you know the status of your order. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UAE.

For next day delivery orders, orders placed after 2 PM (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays) will be processed the next working day and shall be received on the next working day.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time, however, delays are occasionally inevitable, and we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the rare circumstance arises whereby we are unable to dispatch within our usual delivery time (1-2 working days), and cannot agree another time with you, you will be offered the opportunity to cancel your order and get a full refund.

Our returns policy is simple. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you must return it to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days and we will arrange a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us, and we suggest you use a secure delivery method (which requires a signature upon delivery).

If an item is faulty, please contact us with your order number for either a returns number or replacement.

Refunds are made within a week of an order being cancelled and the goods having been returned to us along with the original receipt.

In addition to your 30-day returns guarantee, customers in the UAE and GCC are entitled to a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days.

These competition terms and conditions are subject to any other terms and conditions provided at the time of entering the competition. Competition details form part of these terms and conditions.

  • We do not accept automated entries or entry by syndicates. All such entries will be disqualified. Anyone who created multiple accounts to enter will be ineligible too.
  • Unless stated otherwise, the competition winner(s) will be picked at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.
  • We notify the winner(s) by email or through private messages on social media. We will not contact you from a separate account asking for personal details.

Each new subscriber to the newsletter or customer placing a first-time order is entitled to 15% off their order.
The discount code will be made available to the customer either by email or directly on the website, following their newsletter subscription.
The discount code doesn't apply on Gift Cards, Healthy Skin Starter Kit and Gift Sets where separate offers apply. Only one use per customer. Not valid with other discount codes.
Nourish London and its regional distributors reserve the right to refuse any order you have placed that doesn't meet the qualifying criteria.


The laws of England and Wales shall govern the contract between us, and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
Sometimes the product specifications from manufacturers can change; in which case we will do our best to offer you a similar alternative. Where "substitute" goods are sent and you are not happy with them and cancel the order, you will not be made to pay the cost of returning the goods.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
