There are several ways you can use your Sleep Essential Oil Blend, depending on your mood and need.

AROMATHERAPY: add a few drops to a burner or diffuser – just remember to extinguish or switch off before you fall asleep.
BATH: add a few drops to a warm bath.
MASSAGE: add 1 to 2 drops to a base oil for a blissfully relaxing massage.
INHALATION: add a few drops to a bowl of hot water, place a towel over your head and inhale the aromatic steam.
